The MZB residential complex is where the dream of self sustainability became a reality. Fifteen years ago this land was dominated to MZB. In 2019 the foundation for the residential complex was laid by Hzt Ml Yusuf Ismail Pandor and other learned scholars and guests. In April 2021 the complex was officially opened by Ml Muhammed Vanker and other learned scholars and guests with the sole intention of MZB becoming partly self sustainable. The complex boasts 18 one bedroom flats with a fully fitted kitchen cum lounge ,24 hour security personnel as well as 24/7 CCTV monitoring.
